Bug report: Milestone attachments disappearing

Hello,
On three occasions now I have attached something to the milestone submission, clicked send, only to find that it does not arrive to the client's end.
At first it was only the second file attachment that didn't arrive, but the last time none arrived.
It's driving me up the wall and I don't know what to do about it?
Could it be a cache issue? An internet speed issue?

I'm sorry to hear that, Samantha. I understand that how important it is to make sure that you have submitted the completed work to your client. Could you please try using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies? You may also consider using incognito mode. If the same problem occurs, please let us know.
