Bug with download 3D pdf

Hi all.

Recently I got some bugs when I uploading 3D pdf to Upwork.

For example - I upload 3D pdf with size 631 kB. 

But after downloading from link I (and customer) got file with size 1.97kB 

And it can not be open. // For 3D pdfs you will need adobe reader

Can you please check what wrong.

added sshots , and sample for 3D pdf.

Additional comment.
I using Upwork desktop application: version 5.1.0.647. 

But have same bug even if I sending files to customers thought browser.

Don't use Upwork for providing these files to clients. Upwork DOES alter some file types during transmission and make them unusable. Therefore, if you use Upwork messenger tool with these types of files, you are not providing good service to your clients.

Upwork also has intentional limitations on file sizes and blocks some file types.

Professional freelancers know that Upwork is not a file transfer tool. And they use other, reliable tools, such as:

FTP

email

Google Drive

Dropbox

Skype

WeTransfer

Thanks for reply. Yes, I using email, dropbox, skype etc...

I just want pay attention Upwork developers team to this bug.

This is just simply pdfs with pictures to get fast response for clients who want to use Upwork application or web site. It worked before, and it was convenient. 
For example, if I just want send 3D picture with sample of my work, when I answering to invite.

Hope it will be fixed. 

p.s.
in case if I need external messengers, this warning looks a bit funny 🙂

You can send clients links to your personal website or server, from which they can reliably download the sample files.

Yes, I can. and somtimes I using this.
 

But, in any way, I think  if messenger have button "send file" it must send file (of course with restrictions, like size, type. at least it must show warning that it can not send this file)
but without any file corruption.

Otherwise why it have this button?  🙂
