How can we remove charging of the upwork balance when buying connects? I have a primary billing via card

It says the primary billing method will be charged if it has sufficient funds. Your Upwork balance is only charged if there's insufficient funds on your primary billing method.
They have to get their money somehow.
If you don't have money on your card, and you don't want Upwork to charge your Upwork balance - then don't buy connects.

I have balance in my card. I'm just nervous if they would charge me again with my upwork balance since it will be refunded by my client

I have sent a screenshot. Upwork says "You're authorizing Upwork to charge your account. If you have sufficient funds, we will withdraw from your account balance. If not, the full amount will be charged to your primary billing method"

I know it says that. And, as I have explained, no money is taken from your Upwork account balance if there's sufficient money on your card.
You're not making much sense. I've no idea what refunds to clients have to do with it.
