Buying Connects

Hello!

I am new to Upwork and I've been trying to buy connects. Everytime I try to make a payment through PayPal I just get a blank page with an X. Even if I try to upgrade my membership plan, I face the same issue. Could someone please help me out?

Hi Nicole,

In order to be able to purchase Connects or upgrade to our Plus plan, you will need to add a Billing Method first. Thank you.
