Buying connects

Hi!

I have been trying to buy connects using my husband's card with his permission because my bank has blocked transactions of Upwork. But everytime i try to add his card upwork puts me on a hold. What can i do? Can someone help me out with this im missing out on so many possible opportunities

Your account can be locked with account\card name mismatch. You need to contact Upwork team directly to agree this. Correct way is using your own card.
