By using the chatbot I am not receiving any link or option to contact a human support team.

Can anyone help me contact a human support team member directly, or provide accurate answers to my questions so I can resolve my issue?

1. On my account, I used my division name, which is Dhaka, as my location. However, I live in Shakhipur upazila in the Tangail district of Dhaka Division. Will this be an issue for my account or ID verification? I tried to replace it by Tangail, but I forgot the correct spelling of my security question answer. My security question answer is “**Edited for Community Guidelines**,” but I kept failing even after several attempts.

 

2. I want to buy Connects, but I don't have a dual currency card with an endorsed dollar balance. However, my husband have a dual currency card with an endorsed dollar balance. . Can I use his card to purchase Connects?

 

3. I have a single name on my national ID card and all my educational certificates. I used this single name in both the first and last name fields on my account. Will this cause any issues when I verify my account?

 

4. I am a practicing Muslim woman, and in observing my religious beliefs, I have used a profile photo with a niqab (covered face). Will this cause any issues in verifying my ID?

First of all, you shouldn't have posted the answer to your security question in a public forum - that's not a very secure thing to do, is it? If you can't get into your account to reset the password and change your location (as far as I'm aware, it does need to be the name of a city and not a region), then you need to open a support ticket. When you're on the chatbot, say "open a support ticket" instead of "talk to a human", then describe the issues - you may have to repeat this several times to get past the incorrect responses the chatbot will try to use.

 

As for your other questions, yes you can use somebody else's credit card to purchase connects, but your payment method (if you earn any money here and want to withdraw it) must be in your own name. And yes, there are other women who wear niqabs in their Upwork profile photos and it doesn't seem to cause issues, although I'm not sure if you'll be asked to remove it if you're required to do a video verification. I don't think that the single name will cause issues either, as long as it matches your ID.

Good luck. I've tried to contact a real person for twenty minutes. Each time it asks for a reason, it sends me right back into an AI chatbot loop, never aligning the request to talk to a live person. Upwork seems to be run by bots, not real people who want to assist you with challenges.

For solving my following problem

I have tried to change my location but it's gives error since i had given wrong security question answer 😭 .Now it shows error and show contract customer support
