CLIENT CANT SEE THE FEEDBACK OPTION

Good Day,

I would like to ask for your assitance to help me with this issue. I have finished 2 projects from my client and I ended my 2 contacts due to all projects have been completed. The problem is, she cant give feedback as  it does not prompt her to feedback option.  Can you help me with this?My Job status becomes 60 from 90 after these 2 contracts ended. I did my job very well and it end up getting this score low because of these 2 contracts. Can you please help me with this? Its hard to build score. You're working on it then suddenly become like this .

Once you access the contract under "All contracts" or "My Jobs" and click on the Terms & Settings tab, below the feedback that has already been recorded, you should be seeing a  "Enable client to change feedback" link if you have not already used this feature previously on the contract.
