CLIENT / CONTRACT SUSPENDED

Hi Upwork Team,

 Iam seeking for an answer/ help/advices, if what should I do with client that got suspended. I am almost done with the task that she/he gave me. I am not sure what should I do if the account will be permanently suspended.  Am I still able to get the payment? the funds are already submitted in escrow $100.  Thank you so much for helping and anwsering my questions.

Hi Ailen,

I would strongly suggest stopping with your work until the problem is resolved. Once this is resolved the hold on your contract will be removed and you can continue with your tasks/work. Rest assured, our team has already reached out to your client to assist them further. Thank you.
