CLIENT RECOMMENDATION

Hello Folks,

I just finish successfully my first project, my client was happy and left me a good comment but when I checked my stats, it was saying 0 clients have recommended me.

How can I get a recommendation from this specific client. is it still possible or is it s too late as he closed the contract?

Hi Assia,

The calculation of the "Clients who would recommend you" is refreshed daily but it may only change when there is enough new data for the calculation to be updated. To learn more about this, check out this Help Article. Thank you.

It doesn't say that 0 clients recommend you, it simply doesn't give a percentage yet. You'll get a percentage after you have completed more contracts with feedback.
