CLIENT REFUND MONEY AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS CLOSED

Hi,

Could you please help me with the issue of this contract?
How better to act in this situation?


The client requested a $100 because I left him bad feedback I guess.
The client delayed the project for 2 months, ignore my messages, and refuse to pay for extra work.
Now he acts like It was me who delayed the project and this is why he asking a refund.
All the communication was in telegram, as this was a client request.

 

Could you help me to resolve this issue?
Is it possible that Upwork could ban my account for the time this situation will be resolved?

 

I don't want to spend too much time on this, as I have a lot of other projects.
Can you please let me know how much time could this take to resolve this issue?

 

I have never had a similar situation before and this is really very unpleasant.
What this client is doing is unprofessional, unethical, and immoral.

 

I just don't want to spend too much time and effort dealing with people like this.


Is it better just to give a refund? Can this situation affect my rating?

When was the last milestone funded? (FUNDED, not paid)
