I have a question involving connects. I recently have encountered several fraudulent clients that have tried to install malware on my computer. Will the connects I used to bid on those projects, not knowing they were scammers, be returned to me since they were never truly used? Next question, why have my connects not reset to 60 at the beginning of April? 3rd question, is there anyway upwork can stop scammers from posting fictitious job postings?

Hi Jason,
The team checks all jobs flagged as inappropriate and takes action if they are found to be against Upwork ToS. We also have other automatic and manual processes in place that helps us identify fake and scam jobs and remove them. If a job has been removed by Upwork team for violating Upwork ToS, the connects used to apply to that job will be returned to freelancers.
You could check when your connects billing cycle is reset in your Settings> Membership & Connects.
