CONNECTS ISSUE IN ACCOUNT

Dear Team/Friends,
I made profile on Up work a few years back when it was known as ODESK. Due to my personal reasons i was not able to work.
After a period of almost 5 years, I want to work on this site. During this period of inactivity "CONNECTS" from my account are vanished (or may never be added).

Your are requested to please look into the matter and guide accordingly as i am unable to send proposals for projects/jobs available due to non availability of CONNECTS.
