I have one active candidacy for a job but I have already started working for these clients. I still do not have a contract yet. What should I do?

Hi Maria! Stop whatever you're doing, follow up with the client, and ask for a contract. If none is provided, do not send to the client whatever you finished. if the client says it's a test, then it should also have a contract as odesk does not allow free work, especially if what you are asked to do is actually part of the work in the job post.

That was my third job. It was a fix paid one. The client asked me to have a Skype interview. I agreed. We talked for a couple of minutes, then he said he couldn't pay me that much. He cut it to half and ask me if I could do it. It was a super easy job for me, and should take no more than 1 hour. So I agreed. While I was on Skype teaching him how to do it, he declined my application. I didn't know that until I've completed everything one hour later. I sent him an email also an IM from Skype and said that I just found out my application was decline. And asked him to send an offer and pay me. Lucky me, he did.I still don't know why he did that. Anyway, if I were you, I'd send them a mail and ask them for an offer.
