Hi, my contract with my client has been suspended. We are still communicating and he said he already gave all the information that you need to verify the account. He also sent me a screenshot to let me know that the account has been verified but the suspension status is still on our contract. Do we have like a timeframe on when it will resume?

Who cares what he says.
Maybe he says that the moon is made of cheese. That doesn't mean it is true.
When the contract is no longer suspended, you will receive notification from Upwork.
And you will be able to use the time-tracker to record time for the contract.
Stop communicating with him until the contract suspension has been lifted. There is nothing you can do to help him.
