Can Freelancers change their feedback of a client?

How can a freelancer change their feedback to a client? I know we can enable clients to change feedback for us. But how do we do the same? I want to give a client a higher rating because I gave three stars due to a mixup that has since been fixed.

If this option is still available for your Contract, Client can follow up instruction within this help article in order to enable you to change the Feedback for that Contract.
