Can I as Freelance contract other person or assistant outside to help me in a an fixed-priced job?

Hi, I'm a graphic designer. For example, if I make a fixed-priced work with one client, but in some part of the project I need to contract an assistant to help me in repetitive task or I need someone that create music or sounds to complete a video presentation (something that I don't do) . Is this allowed in Upwork rules? Contract another person to help me in the project.

It is permissible to sub-contract tasks on fixed-price projects as long as your client is aware that you are doing so. Sub-contracting work on hourly projects is not permitted.
