Can I ask to change the method of payment of the initiated scheduled payment?

Dead UpWork moderators, I just received a notification that UpWork have sent my money to my Payoneer Card as it was scheduled. But I’m experiencing issues with my Payoneer card since months ago, so I’m sending my payments directly to my bank account. I don’t know maybe I forgot to change the payment method for scheduled transfers.

Can I kindly ask you to revert the transaction and send it to my bank account by wire transfer?

Unfortunately we can't cancel or reverse a withdrawal. I would recommend reaching out to Payoneer Customer Support. 
I would also recommend setting up a preferred payment method or removing your Payoneer account so that your funds are withdrawn to your preferred method. If you have any additional questions, let us know. Thank you.
