Can I be on Upwork if I'm transsexual ?

Hello

I have a problem.

Upwork is requesting usage of real identity, I don't mind that however, can my visible name be different from the name with which I approve my account?

Something like this :

ID : Name.A  LastName.C

Profile : Name.Z LastName.C

Payment informations : Name.A LastName.C

The reason is I'm transsexual and I can't show my picture (female) with a male name in my profile.

Is it possible to have an exception and be able to change my Profile first name?

I have another question please.

I'm trying to verify my account with a National governement issued card. 

But I got this answer "We have received the files you have submitted unfortunately, we cannot accept it as it is not an English ID. Also, please provide us the document related to your transexual status if possible." 

However the National ID card is in French and Name Last name, birth date and address are written in French (same as English). Why isn't it accepted?

I don't have a document related to my transexual status because it's not possible to change my name in my country, otherwise I would have done it.

I also sent pictures to verify my transexuality and I can do a video call with my face and show my ID card etc if necessary.

The account related to my questions is not this, I just made this one to ask these questions and it should be deleted once the issues are solved.

I also got this answer : "Unfortunately, we cannot accept the ID you have provided as the information form the document does not match on the said Upwork account" - If they are referring to my first name, I already explained.
