Can I cancel the request of feedback removal?

Hi. Hoping everyone doing well.

Today I faced one interesting thing. 
I worked with one client 3 months ago. After I finished the project, he wasn't available for a while so he couldn't leave a feedback. I had to end the contract myself. I was worried that it would affect my job success. So I asked to remove the feedback (Actually it was "No Given Feedback"). Recently the client noticed that he didn't leave a feedback so he gave me a very good feedback today. Thus I want to cancel the request of Feedback Removal. I don't know that it is possible..

Currently, it shows "This feedback has been removed".

I want to replace it with the feedback that the client leaves for me.

Please advise that it is possible.
