Please update your Freelancer profile to reflect your personal information, skills and experience and not your Agency details.

Sorry about the confusion. Click Find Work > Profile then hover your mouse over the overview area and you will see the pen icons appear. See the screenshot below:

Hello AJ,  


Your overview can't just be a long list of things you do.  This may be why you can't change your rate.  You need to write out and overview of what you can do for the client.  The way you have it doesn't tell the client anything.  Also you need to concentrate on just a few things, your list is pretty extensive and may turn a client off.
