As a freelancer, my responsiveness is important. I make sure I reply to every invitation I receive, whether it's something I'm interested in, or something completely unrelated to my skills and shows the employer haven't bothered looking at my credentials.
On the other hand, is there a way to see an employer's responsiveness as well when I'm initiation a proposal? It would help freelancers not to waste their connects and their time applying if the average response of an employer is more than a few days.

The closest thing you'll find to this is the hire rate that's on the job post, and even that's really only meaningful if they've posted at least several jobs.
I haven't noticed any correlation between how quickly a client responds to whether or not I get hired or how good the contract is. I've had people hire me within minutes after I send a proposal, and, more than once, I've been hired over a month after I sent a proposal.
