Can I get Rising Talent badge after 1 year vacuum on Upwork?

Hey, I joined Upwork on last 2016, but I can't land any job back then.

I asked the community and they told me to improve my skills. So that is what I did in 2017. learning some skills while gaining work experiences through some offline job. And also got certification.

So I feel confident enough and I try to work on Upwork again on January 3rd. I polished my profile and everything. On my 2 weeks of working here, I got 15 interviews from 25 proposals. then I landed 9 jobs (5 ended successfully with 5 stars feedback from clients and 4 is still ongoing). But I haven't get Rising Talent yet. Is it because my account is old (more than 1 years old). What should I do to get Rising Talent badge?

To be part of the Rising Talent Program, you must: 

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)
• Deliver great results to your clients
• Complete your projects on time and as promised
• Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your professional credentials
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
• Have been active in the past 90 days (submitting proposals or delivering work) or have joined in the past 30 days

 You won't get a rising talent badge for two main reasons:

• You'll probably get a Job Success Score first
• You had "not so great" feedback on one contract and none on another.

Those two factors will also affect your Job Success Score
