Can I get client's skype id and whats app number after client hire me on upwork for there project.

Hello Upwork team,

   When the client hires me on Upwork after that can I get the client's skype id and what's app number for project discussions and do all payments related activities with the client only and only on Upwork please solve my doubt. I am just asking these doubts because I want to keep my profile to be very safe on Upwork that's why.
