Can I introduce another freelancer in my upwork network to client?

Hello

Today, I have one question.

As you know, there is a network feature that connects and works together for Upwork freelancer.

I am not sure if it is against TOS when I try to introduce my one friend including his profile link to the client.

For example, this case can be when the client wants to work at a lower rate than my profile rate.

Hope give me right answer.
Thanks

Hi Tri,

I can confirm that it should be okay for you to share another Freealancer's profile link with a client. You can learn more about the Network feature here.

Hi @Luiggi
One more similar question.
If I share the upwork freelancer's profile that he is not a member of my network to my client, it will be okay or illegal action?

There should be no issues there, Tri.

As a gentle reminder, it would be considered circumvention if a client learned about the referred freelancer through Upwork and created a contract outside Upwork. In situations such as yours, the client must work with the referred freelancer on Upwork.
