Can I refund a payout from 9 months ago?

Hello,

I've had my first bad feedback (August 2020) and I've read on previous forums that a feedback can be removed if you refund everything to the client. I didn't know it until now. 😞 I tried to refund the payment from the Client ($125)  but it seems refund can only be issued for payments in 180 days. I just feel bad i think it's affecting my application. Is there another way to remove a feedback? Thanks
