Hi Laiba,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Any changes that you propose will be sent to your client for review and they will have the option to accept or reject your suggestions. It would be best to discuss any changes you would like to make with your client before submitting a request, and once you reach an agreement:

  1. Go to My Jobs and open the contract
  2. From Milestones & Earnings, click Add/Edit Milestone
  3. Enter the details and click Send Request for Approval

You may check this help article for more information.

Im not sure but the client can always add in the new amount as a bonus even if the milestone has already been cleared.

The bonus is optional and so it is not binding on the client and is not covered under payment protection so you would need trust.

Or a new milestone can be added.

Always work only as much as the funded milestone.
