Can I send Calendly link on a job proposal as an freelancer??

Hello Everyone,

I rade some topicks about Calendly in the Upwork community but I am still not sure. I just want an Yes / No answare. By using Calendly It is a lot easier to bring clients into a meeting. Again I am being so specific,

Can I share this link **Edited for Community Guidelines**  on a job proposal???

Go to that link and give me either Yes or No. I don't want any explanation, please.

Hi Shakhawat,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that users are not allowed to share Calendly links in proposals. Users are free to use a scheduling tool that does not require the sharing of contact information.

We strongly encourage you to use Schedule a Meeting tool through Message Center to schedule and communicate directly through Upwork.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Got it. Thanks for replying.

So, technically if I remove my Calendly profile picture and change the username to "Client meeting" I can share that link right???

Hi, I understand, what should I do if I have already used the calendly link on a proposal?

Should i withdraw the proposal.? I don't want to lose my account. I just sent this proposal now and realised immediately after that maybe this is not allowed and then i came here for answers asap. Please advice. What should to avoid getting into trouble for this once-off mistake and of course i won't do it again because this conversation has made it clear that it's not allowed, i had no idea.
