While you can not add external website links, I see no reason why your experience, whether it be your own clients you found independently, or employemtn experience, or on other platforms, can't be worked into the profile summary as well as in your messages to your clients. That said, clients probably don't care about number of projects or your score on a diffrerent platform. I would focus on your experience in the type of projects the clients listed in their job posting...regardless of where you gained that experience.
