Can I sign in to access and work Upwork App from the different devices

I am new to Upwork. I just want to know that, Can I sign in to access and work Upwork App from the different devices at the same time also work under different networks for instance I am working under a specific broadband network/ISP but somehow I have to move to another city so there I have to work under another broadband connection/ISP network or telecom network?

Please let me know the is there any restriction of movement regarding smooth working in Upwork.

I would like to clarify that you can sign in to your Upwork account from different devices. However, you would not be able to track time using the Desktop App from different devices at the same time.
