Can I still bid on jobs with rising talent requirement?

So what I wish to know is after I got my jss and my rising talent removed can I still bid on the jobs that have rising talent requirement? I mean I click on a job , see the requirement, click on submit proposal, it goes trough but I did not proceed untill the end to submit the actual proposal. Can someone elaborate on this a little? Thanks

Hi Aleksa,

Please note that the Rising Talent badge is a preference, not a requirement. Freelancers who don’t meet these preferences can still bid and get hired on these jobs, just make sure your proposal is well written and that you’re absolutely qualified and certain of your ability to complete the job you’re applying for.
