Can I take client phone number on upwork call.

Hello Upwork Team,

    I have one doubt in my mind when I bid on any project on Upwork and when client messages come to me and when the client calls me on Upwork so can I take client phone number on Upwork call to understand client's project requirement on phone or mobile so it will affect my profile or not please tell me.
