Can I withdraw my payment to my cousin's US bank account?

I live in Venezuela, and my cousin lives in the United States. Since the fees when withdrawing through paypal are very expensive, I wanted to know if there is any possibility of being able to withdraw it to his account. 😞

You could look into opening a joint account with your cousin in the US, or even your own. I don't know the applicable laws, but I think it would be worth investigating.
