I have a solution for you: Immediately remove any stolen content from your portfolio or wait for your account to be suspended for fraud. Also expect to be contacted by the people who own the copyright to what you are pretending you have created.

No, you don't have to justify it (to us, anyway--to Upwork and your clients you do, if you hope to keep working).
But, it's a bit of a stretch to expect reputable freelancers to help you when they've noticed that you're committing fraud, isn't it?
