I just want to ask - Can a client is able to send an extra amount from his budget.

I receive a project of 5$ and the client told me that he will pay me a bonus at the end. and continuously asking me to do extra work and told me that i will pay you.

The cliens seems legit and can pay you bonuses, BUT I would request more payment NOW before doing any more or delivering any additional work.

A client can send a bonus at anytime.

But consider this:  $spent/#hires = 2700/312 = $8.65 per hire

So what do you think is happening here?

Stop after you've done $5 of work and don't do any more until you've been paid and there's a new milestone. While you wait for a new milestone, spend your time bidding on other projects.

Um... That's a hard "no" for me.

If it's me, I tell the client:

"I will be happy to work for you and do as many extra tasks that you want me to do. First, close the current fixed-price contract. And then set up an hourly contract using my posted rate. Then I can use the hourly contract to log time while I work on your tasks."

Sir,

if he starts an hourly contract - then did he has a right to cut off the time I worked - while reviewing?

A client may pause or end an hourly contract at any time.

If you use the time tracker properly, then you'll get paid for the hours that you've worked. It doesn't matter when the client closes the contract. The client can limit your hours to a certain number per week, but not after you've already logged the time.

He "could" pay you a bonus, but why would he do that if you've already finished the work? It sounds like you haven't even negotiated what the price will be. It's up to you to protect yourself and make sure that payments are in escrow before you do any work.
