I thank you guys for supportive. It has paid off. This community is ideall for solving issues and discourages all the involve parties from taking wrong action even Upwork support.

I'm glad to hear that your issue has been resolved, Hari.
In order to avoid situations like this in the future, please make sure you are the only person who knows password and security question for your account and you don't share it with anybody including the agency you may decide to join. Agency owner and admins can manage agency contracts, settings, payments, etc. through available roles and permissions and shouldn't be logging into their agency freelancers' accounts directly.
I have all the skills it requires to top the charts again. Not at all affected by the decision support team has made.
