Can agency owner create his team member account?

Hello

I am an agency owner. I have 3 memebers in my team, i want to add them to my agency.

1. Can i create his accounts on behalf of them ?

2. Can i apply to the job on behalf of them?

3. Can login with team member account and apply to the job on behalf of them?

 1. They should create their own accounts.

2. Not from their accounts, no. If you have an agency and the members have created their accounts and  they were accepted (!!!) on Upwork, the agency can bid on their behalf but their accounts are taboo for you.

3) Absolutely not. ONLY the person whose account it is may log into their account. Logging into smeone else's account likely gets both accounts suspended and removed from the platform.

one more questions,

I have 5 fulltime member in my agency and 3 partime member

fulltime member work from 8:00 to 4:00pm and then part time member work on same computer from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Is it normal for, two different member applying for the job on same computer with different account ?

Hi Jaysukh, 

As long as each freelancer is working on their own accounts, and their own contracts, and are not logging in to other people's accounts, this will not be an issue.

Hi Jaysukh,

Your team members will need to create their own accounts and they can't share their login information with other people or allow anybody else log into their account. They can, however, join your agency and you will have an ability to apply for jobs on their behalf.
