Re: Can anyone advise about an archived contract?

Hello everyone,

 

I am new to Upwork and my account was recently suspended so that it could be video-verified.

 

Although the Upwork helpdesk was more than helpful in reactivating my account, I now realise that I have lost two active candidacies and a contract has been archived after I've completed the first milestone.

 

I know I'll have to re-apply to the two original clients. However regarding the archived contract, does this mean that I have to re-apply or can I automatically continue as soon as the client makes contact again?

 

I've had a search through the community questions but couldn't find an answer.

Nadia,

 

Proposals and active candidacies are withdrawn when a freelancer is suspended since they can't accept new contracts until resumed. However, your contract remained active and wasn't closed. You can find it under My Jobs tab.
