I completed the job for 2 client and I am not getting any client right now. Can anyone Please help me with this like what are my flaws,or what should need to do to  new client. I tried everything nothing is working.

Seems your profile is private. Make it public for better visibility of your profile. You can also self review your profile by seeing your profile public view - Go To your profile -> Click on See public view..

Go to the  tab "My Jobs".  It will show pending payments.  There is a security period for every payment.
