Can client give feedback on freelancer submitted contract?

I've a client who is not responding after work is done. I've submitted the work as there are funds in Escrow. So, as per Upwork policy, I'll get my money after 14 days if client doesn't respond after submitting the work. But, I'm afraid if he can still write a review for my work?

The system is double-blind, which means that feedback won't be visible until both parties provide it for each other. If only one party leaves feedback, it will be posted after the 14-day period has expired. To learn more about the feedback process, please check out this help article. Thank you.
