I met with a client on Upwork on Saturday and she was looking to hire for a campaign about to start in 1 day on Monday and she sent me job offer but I haven't accepted that and asked for the requirement and she sends me so many hours work to do on Sunday and I told her that I can start from Monday and she said I hired you and my campaign is late because of you although she only sent me to offer which I have never accepted because it was Saturday and I was out with my family. I denied working with her and she said she will give me a bad review. Can she do that if even I have not accepted her job offer?
