Can client use a proposal material in job posting?

I have send some material in proposal to client, then i look at job post and see this material(created by me) on job post in attachment. I`s this OK ? Or i need to act on this ?

No, it's not okay. What kind of materials do you mean? You shouldn't be doing any free work for the client. If the client didn't pay you, then they have no right to use anything that you sent.

Use the "flag as inappropriate" link, select "it's something else" then describe what happened.
