Can having long term contracts penalize my Job Success Score?

I have been working on Upwork for four years and I have contracts with clients for whom I have been working for more than a year, during the whole time of the contract I do not receive any feedback. This job already covers my working hours and I don't have any more time to start new contracts. I have seen that even though I have not received any bad reviews, my profile has dropped from 100% to 98%.
Why doesn't the JSS percentage simply reflect the proportion of successful and unsuccessful jobs by introducing variables such as the number of contracts opened and closed?
Doesn't this penalise having long-term, loyal customers?

Contract length has no bearing on your JSS.

Instead, one or more of your clients has likely marked you down in private feedback.

Thank you for your comment Jamie,
I have a very good relationship with my clients, although it may be as you say.
I asked Upwork customer service why my JSS had dropped and they replied that the percentage calculation takes into account the number of successful contracts in a certain period of time, so if there are no comments during that period the percentage drops.
