I am working on Upwork for the last 5 years and I follow all guidelines.
But I have a question on this point.
I am working with a client for the last 1 year and we are working through Upwork. we have a large target in the next 1 year. all our works payments are made by up works. But can I directly call him on his phone if I have his number? Like we will not do any deal outside of Upwork or take payment out side Upwork(that's risky) just if I call him every day on the phone it gets easier for all instructions.
Is it ok?

Yes you can call him, email him, meet him and do whatever you like as long as the payments take place on the Upwork platform and there is a contract.

Fahim,
Try to keep all communication with the client within the Upwork platform.
That way you will have a record of your communication if anything goes wrong.

Yes, you can. I have had zoom/skype meetings with my Upwork clients before. As long as you have an active Upwork contract with a client, you can take your communication off Upwork if both you and the client are comfortable with it.
