Can i Cancel project?

Hello, I am Freelancer.

I have one client who hired me for work. 

His communication is terrible. Always wants a lot of revisions and has very bad requirements. He always changing something in his mind. It's impossible to work with. 

Can i Cancel the project? I earned only 27$. I am ready to refund because I don't wanna bad review after the project. I never had. 

My jss is 94% but on Sunday will be i think 95% ( I had very very good client - old) 

If i cancel the project and refund the money what will be?  Its 16 weeks and I am close to Top rated and worrying about it. worry about my jss. 

Please give me advice on what to do.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience working with the client.

When you close a contract that has earnings, the client is notified and will have 14 days to provide their feedback on the contract. If no feedback is provided on the contract by them, it will not have an impact on your score.

When you close a contract without earnings, while the parties won’t be able to provide public feedback, they can still provide private feedback. If the client provides positive private feedback on a contract with no earnings, that contract will be excluded from JSS. If the client specifies in their feedback that the contract had a negative outcome, that will be counted in the score. You can check this help article for more information.

If you refund a contract, it will stop showing on your profile, but the effect on your JSS will remain.
