Can me and my brother send proposal to same or different job?

Hello,

Recently i've created account for my brother with a different login user on my PC I mean both of us uses same PC but use different user acounts.

I want to ask that Can me and my brother send proposal to same jobs or we can bid for the same job? Or is it necessary to bidd on different jobs? 

One more thing I want to know is that we are living as a joint family my cousin saw me working on upwork and asked me to create his acount, we are not financialy strong enough to buy new PC therefore he uses my PC so should I create his acount ? If yes, is it okay to all three of us using same Ip address and PC since we have only one wifi connection for our home other then cellular data?

You should not have created anyone else's account for them, which is a serious violation of Upwork policies.

Every freelancer must create their own profiles and only that freelancer, nobody else, is ever allowed to access it.

In general it is not automatically an issue if more than one person use the same computer, but if any questions are raised chances are you'll all three have to verify your identity and prove, that it is really three individuals using three accounts, not one freelancer with three accounts.

Anyway, which part of the previous answer to the same question in your previous thread did you not understand? Or is this someone else asking the same question from your account?

Hello, Petra R, Thank you for your response.

I am aware of Upwork's account creating violation policies, the actual meaning of "I've created my brother's account " was User acount of PC not the upwork account.

I forget the previous thread which makes me clear now.

I hope to get in touch to gain more information regarding Upwork. You guys are awsome in response.
