Hello, my child, who is 17-yr old high school senior, recently opened an account with UpWork. I wonder if she can use my bank account to withdraw her money.

First of all, she must be 18 to work on Upwork. Period. No exceptions. No need to answer your other question.

Be aware too Saleha that she can only ever have one Upwork account, so she could run into problems if she tries to open a new one when she turns 18. Probably best if she contacts support for their help when she's ready to open her account again.

Now that she is 18, can she open a new account and start working on UpWork?

No, but she can ask customer support to open the old one. She must do this yourself, you can't do it for her.

No, she cannot open a "new" account. As the person before me noted, you can only ever have ONE Upwork account ever. Your daughter should contact Upwork support about reinstating the account she closed.

When a person is under the age of 18, Upwork shuts down their Upwork account. Then, once that person turns 18, they typically must create a new Upwork account.
This is an exception to the standard policy of Upwork only allowing one account per freelancer.
