Can my reviews, feedback, certifications be carried forward?

Hi Upwork Team,

I am going to join an agency as an Exclusive member. Will my feedback, job history be carried forward to the agency? Will my job score of 100% be impacted?

Hi Ruchi,

Contracts you have completed as an independent freelancer before joining an agency will not be included in your agency's JSS. Agency JSS is calculated based on all contracts the agency's exclusive and non-exclusive contractors completed under the agency. As an exclusive agency member with enough contracts to qualify for a JSS, the Agency JSS is listed on your profile.
