Can not available money pending to Available

My profile has been suspended but my client already release on my payment but i can not withdraw my money becasue of its are not availanble . It's  are already pending but not avaialble yet and date not be show on my profile but why ?

 because you will be unable to withdraw until you have resolved whatever caused your account suspension in the first place.

Unfortunately, the amount that currently is showing as pending won't become available until the client resolves issues with their payment method. Please, communicate with the client directly about the payment. Your account is suspended, however, your financial account isn't and if you have available funds, you will be able to withdraw them.
