Can not find a freelancer

Good day I am looking for a freelancer profile however it is not coming  up in the search box there is no result for this person was the account removed  by upwork or is it a case where the account was se to private? The person I am looking for is **Edited for Community Guidelines**   a Freelancer in Jamaica

There may be several reasons why a freelancer's profile doesn't come up in search. They may have had their account closed or set to private. Unfortunately, we won't be able to share information about another user's account with anybody but the owner of that account.
