Can not redeem promo code

Hey guys, I recieved a promo code from upwork few weeks ago, At that time I had 200+ so I was at my limit now that I have drained my connects I'm trying to reedem the code but I'm getting error.

"The maximum number of redemptions for this promotion code has been exceeded. Please try a different promotion code."
